I strongly feel that our modern day diseases like diabetes, high BP, fatty liver, thyroid, high Cholesterol, hormonal issues, PCOD, sleep irregularities, cancer, gut issues, chronic kidney disease, auto-immune and many more are not lifelong but instead are lifestyle diseases.
Hence by mastering our food, lifestyle, sleep quality and emotions we can not just prevent but also completely reverse most lifestyle diseases. Our health & happiness has to be in our hands and the only thing that is going to help us create long term health & reverse disease is our habits & lifestyle.
