I wonder why people have drifted more towards this one percent of food choice which has no nutritional value. The reason for it could be rather has to be is that plant foods are natural, they have their own taste and people often believe they are tasteless and can’t make enough dishes with them while on the other hand animal and dairy products are man-made and our food industry has made them taste so good only after addition of loads of salt, sugar and different flavours. It is very sad, that people consume dairy products guiltlessly thinking it will make their bones unbreakable, will aid in weight loss and also keep their skin like a baby. People are unaware of the fact that it is the major contributor of more than one billion of death annually due to overnutrition which leads to obesity, heart diseases, stroke, diabetes and arthritis.

Dairy products are addictive

Dairy products have around 60-70% of the estrogen in them, thus they increase the estrogen level in our body greatly.
